Pet care experience
My experience with taking care of cats has been lifelong as I have always had at least one in my house at all times, but I received my first "own" fur partner about 11 years ago and have had as many as 3 cats at a time, while sitting for my friends' animals as well. I've also cared for rescued newborn kittens who needed bottle-feeding and flea baths at numerous times. I've volunteered walking dogs at the local shelter and know the basics every dog walker should be aware of. I had a time period in my life where my girlfriend brought a pit puppy home without telling me (I know, ...really??). Although my experience with caring for dogs is a little more limited than my lifelong tie to cats, I'm fast to learn the routine of each individual animal and household in order to make the most peaceful visit and thorough care as possible.

Michie is amazing!! They managed some really difficult situations like a pro and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Handle an unexpected sick babe to include a vet visit and needing to make decisions without being able to consult me since I was out of service range. Your babes will be in the best hands and very happy! Thanks so much for all you did for them! Hope we can work together again some time.
Michie has watched my dog Charlie whenever I needed . Charlie loves Michie and every time they would come to pick him up He would jump and you could tell he was so excited . Michie would take Charlie on long walks to the park and give Charlie treats and gifts every time they watched him. Always treated Charlie with love . I would leave Charlie with them anytime. One of the best dog watchers I have had .
Michie is a wonderful pet sitter - they are incredibly responsible and engaging when it comes to caring for any pet. In my experience, they have been great when it comes to watching my dog, and they are the first person that comes to mind when I'm heading out of town. They are very communicative and never hesitate to send me updates about how my dog is doing! Every time I return home I can tell that my pet has been well cared for, and there's an added bonus that he's content and tired out from activities. Michie is seriously the best!!
It’s always tough finding a new sitter and knowing who to trust. Michie was very communicative and made an instant connection with our cats. They were responsive via text, jumped on a video call and met with us personally prior to our trip. Their communication and photos to us during the trip made us feel at ease! We very much appreciated having Michie care for our furry-kids!

A typical day
I take dogs on walks through their own neighborhood so that they feel the most comfortable in their environment while the owner is away, but would love to mix in extra activities like walking trails, dog parks or beach hangs if requested! I give plenty of playtime with dogs using their favorite toys and I encourage owners to let me know ahead of time what their dog or cat’s personal favorite activities are.

I work from home as a web designer, so I do offer daytime care if arranged prior to booking. I am pretty easy to provide whatever & whenever care your family feels most comfortable with! My day job is relaxed and I often can take frequent breaks for plenty of quality cuddles, walks or playtime.
