Michelle is the best! Michelle is kind, responsible, easy to talk to, and loves our dogs (and they love her!). She came for an initial interview and then again for a pre-trip visit to make sure we had everything down pat. I leave a print out of all the directions on the fridge as well. We've now had her stay at our house a few times and our doggies have been happy and well cared for, as shown by the photos and videos she sends. Michelle was even able to handle a third dog, my MIL's, on a long weekend away to a family wedding. And that is no small feat. Our home was left in better condition than she received it in. She handled trash night and other household things as well as making sure the gate was unlocked for the gardener. We used to go to Little Pup Lodge before the owner retired. We tried one highly recommended dog/house sitter (not on Rover) and it did not work out for us. I feel so secure having Michelle stay at our home, taking care of the dogs and the house. Peace of mind is everything. Michelle is our go-to gal! So happy we found her here on Rover.

I can’t say enough on how happy we were with Michelle’s care of our fur babies! They were so happy and calm when we arrived home. In the past with other care our senior dogs they would be stressed out when we arrived home! We Definitely be using Michelle again!! Thank you, Lorraine
