I grew up in Derby and I am a former vet tech from an animal hospital. I have 3 fur babies at home and am experienced with pets who have various needs. I have previously cared for hospitalized and critical care patients. If your pet has special needs (health, behavior, etc), please provide a comprehensive background as I want to know your pet(s) as well as you know them! My focus is providing quality care and education; I am looking to create a lasting relationship with your family and "kids". In addition to my professional experience, I have worked with (my personal) special-needs pets for 10+ years: my first dog had multiple health issues and my shelter dog was extremely anxious and fearful. I also offer full-service grooming. As an experienced former vet tech, I focus on working slowly with each pet to ensure they have the best experience and I highly value positive reinforcement. In this way, subsequent visits will become easier and more enjoyable for both parties. I am also able to provide sanitary shaves and nail trims in between full-service grooming visits.
