I have been a Rover Sitter since 2018 when I started my career in Independence, MO hosting doggy care and dog boarding. Throughout and post COVID-19, my pet sitting journey has evolved to specializing in house sitting services and drop ins. I have taken care of friends and family's pets for 15 years and couldn't be happier than to meet a new furry friend! We have a 1 year old so family friendly is a must. Safety for both pets and people is our top priority. Message us and we will try to accommodate must situations.

Michelle has been so amazing for our dogs! She is almost always available for us and comes to our house to care for our two big dogs. They’re crazy and quirky and she is awesome at handling them. We always know they’ll be well taken care of when we book Michelle!

Michelle watched our dog for a week while we were out of the country and she did an amazing job!! She sent pictures every day and spent lots of time with our dog so he wouldn't be lonely. This was the first trip I've left my dog and not worried about him the whole time and it's all thanks to Michelle! She was great and patient with our dog, responsible and reliable. I'll definitely use her again!
Michelle made some accommodations to take our dogs for the weekend of our wedding. In addition, our dog Pinto jumped out of my sisters car (at the gas station) and she came out to help look for him. She then took our other 2 dogs (King and Gizmo) with her to her house. She was great with our 2 dogs that she watched for the weekend. We got photos from her as well. We appreciated everything she did for us ❤ I would highly recommend her for a stay or anything you need.

I very much try to keep as much to your pets' schedule as much as possible. We will essentially be your pet's paid best friend, ensuring they are loved and cared for in your absence. We have experience with special needs diets, medication administration, and high anxiety pets.

Is there anything else you can think of to make your pet have a better pet-sitting experience? Does your animal take any medications? Have any allergens?
A typical day
We can schedule dog walks and drop ins based on specific need. We have no problem sleeping over or trying to mould our schedule to what your pet is accustomed to. We have some flexibility in schedule and only book one family at a time. We try to go no more than 5-6 hours between visits, however due to children and our own pets, we are not able to provide 24/7 constant care. Week day WFH schedule can be arranged in advance**

Availability
My husband & I are a fantastic pet care team! Though we both work typical 9-5's, Frank has the flexibility to WFH when needed. A typical house sitting would include a lunch drop-in visit, as well as sleeping over in the night. We try to accommodate visits every 5-6 hours.
