Hello, my name is Michelle and I have raised animals for the last 40 years. I see animals as a gift to be cherished and enjoy taking care of them and treating them like family. I live in Carbondale and I am available part-time to love on your canine or feline family members. I am happy to take well-mannered dogs for walks and groom them or sit on a couch and cuddle with a cat. I consider myself a responsible, dependable, and flexible person; your home will be respected and your pets treated in a professional yet loving manner. I have had the pleasure of knowing Michelle for over 25 years and can confidently attest to her loving care of all animals! We have hiked many miles of mountain trails together accompanied by our dogs and Michelle always makes sure her pets are safe and well cared for. She is reliable, dependable, and goes above and beyond to ensure her pets' needs are met. I will also add that it is interesting to see how animals are instinctively drawn to Michelle's calm nature. This connection promotes an enhanced level of comfort and happiness which is why I feel Michelle would make an excellent choice as a pet sitter!
Michelle has been a wonderful pet sitter for my two cats and has done a fantastic job caring for them both. One is sick and needs medicine twice a day and I'm confident that he is in good hands. I never worry when I'm away and she contacts me if there is a concern. She leaves the cat area clean and I so appreciate her. She's so personable and a great person. I highly recommend her.
Michelle is AMAZING with dogs! Would trust my 3 dogs with her and my kids. Known her for 25+ years. She's the best! She raised German Shepherd puppies and did a wonderful job with them.
Michelle is the ultimate dog mom. You know the kind of person who treats their dog like the Kings and Queens of the house? That is Michelle. You can trust your fur baby with Michelle whether you are in need of a walk, an overnight stay or a just someone to cuddle your pup while you are away, Michelle will treat your pup like family. My dog loves staying with Michelle, she gets all the pets and cuddles she could ever want! Plus Michelle always goes the extra miles with walks, treats, and even brushing. I would highly recommend her for any dog sitting position and so would my dog Nettie!
