I have 8 years of experience watching all types animals from dogs, cats, chickens, horses, sheep, to cows. I have a wide variety of animals myself and understand the importance of having a reliable and trustworthy person caring for your pet while you are away. I will give your pet the same love and care that I give my own. I am punctual and attentive to each pet’s needs, whether that be a medication regimen, a special diet, or special boundaries. Within my 8 years of pet sitting I have created many connections within the community and would love to add more! I am currently an Optometrist Technician, but animals are my first love❤️

Michelle is a pet lover through and through. She takes the care to ensure the animals she cares for not only receive the basics (food, water, bathroom breaks), she spends time with each pet and forms wonderful relationships with them. I have a cat who HATES her but Michelle loves her anyway and while their relationship consists of mostly my cat trying to attack her, Michelle always tries to show my kitty love. Michelle is great to work with and flexible. Michelle is a level above the average Rover sitter. You will not be disappointed.
Michelle is one of the most animal knowledgeable people that I know. She is able to store so much information on different animals in her head and because of that I would trust her with my animals for any length of time! She is also extremely loving and nurturing. I highly recommend Michelle for your pet sitting needs.

Although I am unable to care for your pet in my own home, I am very flexible with coming to your home for any kind of service that you need at the time. I am very thorough with the pets that I watch and would only require a short (or long) description of what you prefer, location of leashes/collars, temperament of pet(s).

The main things I would like to know include: •location of leashes/collars •treats or no treats? •favorite toys •preferred length of walk •are there any “sensitive spots” on your dog? Places on the body he/she does not like to be touched (such as eyes, ears, tail, tummy) •does your dog have any nicknames he/she likes?
A typical day
That all depends on the owner’s preferences. I am willing take dogs on anything from a car ride, a walk, or all the way to the dog park. Anything that is special to the owner and their dog is also very special to me.

Availability
I work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm. I have an hour lunch break from 12:00pm-1:00pm that allows me to do drop in visits. I live within city limits, so travel in town is quick and easy for me. Most weekends I am in town and available for walks, drop in visits, and even overnight stays!
