Rusty - Dan, Greebo and I would love to host your dog or cat with us while you enjoy a short break or a longer vacation. We live in a quite two bedroom apartment where pets are always allowed on the furniture for cuddles. Naps are encouraged and we take two walks a day and a visit to the dog park that is less than a mile from my home. Bedding, bowls and treats are all provided for your pet during their stay with us - please just drop off their favorite food and a toy that smells of home to make them feel more comfortable. I maintain a regular schedule and as such I have set drop off & pick up hours for pets staying in my home. These times are daily from 8AM - 2PM daily. I also offer a FREE pick up and drop off service from your home between these hours if that is more suitable for you ( I do not charge extra for needing to pick up your pup the morning after you come home from vacation). Our home is quiet, child free and smoke free offering a nice relaxed stay for your fur babies.

Michelle was the perfect choice to leave our pup with for his first week away from us. She is wonderful, has a huge heart for dogs and is very knowledgeable. Our puppy is 5 months old and her her two dogs Rusty and Leia were so patient with him. Our puppy had lots of exercise and was so loved while he was away from us. She went above and beyond what was expected. She sent us pictures to keep us updated with what he was doing every day. I would not hesitate to bring him back for another stay with Michelle!
Michelle is fantastic! She has pups of her own that are well behaved , and well loved . She’s one of the best pet parents I have ever known. And her heart is golden !:) Your pups will never be happier unless you use Michelle !

My flexible schedule means I am home more often than not to keep your pup / cat company alongside Rusty and Greebo. How they are with other dogs and if there is any separation anxiety - Rusty is a rescue and he had separation anxiety when he first came to our home. I usually ask dog parents to fetch a favorite toy or a blanket from home with their pet so that they feel more comfortable in our home.
A typical day
We will take regular potty breaks. Shorter twice daily walks to the enclosed and secure dog park as well as taking longer outings, should your pet be a high energy pup like Rusty, to Centennial Park, Floyd Lamb Park or out to Reck Rock on some of the trails to enjoy longer walks and plenty of playing fetch and hide and seek with mentally stimulating toys when we are at home.

Availability
Our day starts nice and early with a trip to the dog park to run around and let off some steam. Potty breaks are factored in every 2-4 hours after that as well as going for two walks around the neighborhood. DROP OFF / PICK UP TIMES: 8am -2pm My work schedule is afternoon - evenings so my hours for drop off and pick up are not flexible.
