Pet care experience
I’ve been a happy & proud dog owner since 2008 but have loved dogs since I was little. Though I haven’t done it professionally through a company or dog service before Rover (joined October 2017), I’ve walked, dog sat & cared for multiple friend’s & family’s dogs for years now. I understand that dogs need to be cared for, loved, played with, etc. I own a family of toy poodles myself (which can be a handful but nonetheless, they’re a bundle of joy) but I have taken care of & played with bigger dogs as well. I work home health & have breaks in between my patients so I’m typically available to walk your dogs/check in on their food/water during my gaps. I love walks myself so I believe walking with a dog is the best of both worlds! Book me to take care of your fur baby & I promise they’ll have just as much fun as I will!

Michelle was a wonderful sitter! We have a rescue chow chow/ lab mix, and she gets a pretty nervous around people she doesn't know. But the first time she met Michelle it was amazing how instantly our pup liked her! Michelle would send us videos and photos everyday, and was so attentive to our pup. It was such a relief knowing our dog was in good hands while we were away, and I would highly recommend having Michelle as a dog sitter!

I don’t have an breed preferences, I like dogs of all breeds and sizes. I would like to know any hints or secrets for possibly feeding the dog or general inside knowledge from the owner themselves. If the dog has any preferences of what to eat, where to pee, where to walk, any allergies, etc., I would appreciate to know beforehand. I also would like to know if the dog needs any special medications or anything before. I will make sure to learn dog first aid/CPR/how to administer medication/etc.
A typical day
Depending on a client’s area, I would love to bring the dog to the park, around the neighborhood, dog park, dog friendly areas, etc. I know how happy dogs get to explore and be in different areas they haven’t seen yet so I’m more than happy to bring them on a adventure! If a owner has a preference of activities or places to go with their dog, I’m open and welcome to any ideas!
