Let me give your loved one the special care all animals deserve! I’m all about having fun and being a pal to your friend. I can promise you I will care for each animal as if they were my own; they will definitely enjoy the time we spend together. Whether booking a drop-in walk or overnight stay, I always send updates of how everything is going and photos of activities we play. I do my best to provide ease and relaxation for each animal in the comfort of their own home. It’s important to make sure each animal gets the physical activity they need. For dogs, I enjoy going on long walks (if their body & weather permit) and it gives them a chance to explore and smell new places. Cats get rubs and playtime too! I’ve also cared for other animals such as bunnies, hampsters, fish, reptiles & birds. Caring for additional animals while you’re away is not problem. Whichever activities the animals enjoy most are the ones I want to play with them; making sure they’re happy and safe is my #1 priority! I have taken care of animals of all ages, sizes and breeds. I am able to give medication in solid & liquid form and administer shots. Walking two dogs at a time is an art form and I’ve been known to get shy cats out of their hiding spots. Growing up, I had many different types of small friends and realized at a young age I had a passion for animals. I quickly recognized the joy that they bring to people’s lives. Animals have a special place in my heart; I truly care about them all not just the ones that live in our homes. When I’m not caring for fur babies, I sit for my two year old nephew and run an online vintage shop. I usually work from home which allows me to have flexible hours and availability at times during the day most are not. In my free time I enjoy being in nature. I am a Guardian Angel for Best Friends Animal Society and proudly make monthly donations to them and Ironwood Pig Sanctuary. I really enjoy spending one-on-one time with each animal. It amazes me to see the personalities of these sentient creatures really shine! We were looking for a go-to dog friendly person to help walk our pooch weekly or as needed if work hours become longer than expected. We also wanted to get to know someone when the need arises for travel and dog sitting needs. We are very happy to have found Michelle! She has been reliable, mature, and treats our HIGH energy dog with lots of love. Also sends pictures to help feel more comfortable needs are being met. Will be using her services regularly. A typical day
I enjoy being outside with dogs in their natural habitat. If it’s not too hot or cold, I like to take dogs on long walks- if they’re up for it. It’s important for them to get out, get exercise, and smell new things. Dogs like many different activities I usually go with with what they’re into; I’m down to play around, throw a ball/frisbee or play tug of war. For older dogs, I take it easy if needed; shorter walks or not as much activity. Everyone gets belly rubs and lots of loving!
