Affectionate, Active and Attentive

Pet care experience

Nate has worked with several breads including German Shepherds, Corgis, Irish Wolfhounds, Heelers, Rottweilers, Labs, mixes and more. He took his dog Sadie to work for 9 years, until she retired in 2023. Our specialties are activities inside and outside that engage your pet's interest while providing the attention and exercise they need. Many dogs of our friends and family have visited and stayed overnight at our residence over the years. We have visited thousands of dogs at their homes while running our successful family business doing handyman and cleaning services. We absolutely love the part of our day when we get a chance to interact with animals and we can hardly wait to visit with your fur family members, too!

I have to recommend Nate and Michelle E to take care of your pet. My poor Finneous, an Irish Wolfhound was in and out of dog boarders while I was in and out of the hospital for multiple surgeries over 2020-2023. He had developed sores and wounds from the kennel and conditions at one of the places. I was so sad when I had to board him yet again when it was time for another operation in June 2023 but I had no choice. I asked my friends Michelle and Nate to help me and care for him while I could not. They agreed and it began a long journey that continues for all of us today. He spent about 3 weeks at their home at first, and they took him for vet visits and did home care multiple times a day with him until he (and I ) were well enough to come home. Then, Michelle agreed to come check on him (and me) every week. That commitment has outlasted doctor's, nurses, physical therapists and several friends. If you need someone to come check on your dog and take care of your pets, I highly recommend both Michelle and Nate E.

We have 2 large dogs and we all leave the house daily. My wife and I were coming home to toys, messes and chaos daily and we wanted to figure out what we could do to stop it. A friend suggested hiring a dog sitter to check in on them during the day, play a bit, let them outside, and pick up after the dogs if they have done something inside and make sure all heck hasn't broken loose at your home, while you are away...fast forward to having both Nate and Michelle to "visit" our dogs, everything has changed, for us, and the dogs. We no longer come home to WWIII... and our dogs are genuinely happy, and well cared for. They have what they need and we have a happy family again. So happy with them. I do highly recommend them as dog people and trustworthy humans.

My Corgi named Nova goes to visit Nate, Michelle and the kids about every 2 weeks. She has grown up there from 10 weeks to 2 years old now, and has become part of their pack when I have to work out-of-town. I was really apprehensive about choosing a care provider for her, as any new pet parent would be. I was not sure how she would react to their environment because they have other pets and kids, and I don't have any other dogs (but I do have 2 cats). It only took 1 visit and I knew she was going to do great there, especially when their dog Otis took a liking to Nova right away. When she is there, Nova goes on outings to the off-leash river walk, dog park, dirt roads, car-rides, a large fenced backyard and even gets home-made dog food for dinner! I feel like she gets great socialization with them and she is very tired and snuggly when she gets home. I can always tell she had a great time even though I miss her, and I get lots of pictures from them to prove it.
