Very disappointed! Booked Michelle for 1 night of house sitting, Left town for our overnight trip, and Michelle never showed up to take care of our 3 dogs! I texted and called Michelle several time with no reply and eventually ended up having to schedule another sitter to let our dogs out to pee and we cancelled our stay and came home early. Completely ruined the trip! We also had her booked for house sitting the following week for our vacation so we also had to find another sitter for that trip at the last minute because we couldn’t trust or rely on Michelle. I do not take leaving this review lightly. I gave Michelle ample time to provide her side of the story but I have not heard from her since I booked the overnight that had to be cancelled and no explanation of why she failed to show up, knowing we had left town. Extremely disappointed in the lack of due care for the animals and the lack of professionalism is an understatement.

Michelle stayed at my home and took care of my little dog, Winston, for 10 days. Prior to my trip, I had Michelle come for 4 drop-in visits so that Winston would know her and be comfortable with her before I left. It was important to have someone stay in my home so that Winston could stay in his environment and follow his routine. Michelle did a good job taking care of things. Winston was well taken care of and so was my home.
