Hello! I’m Michelle. I am a New York native, but I spent the last 8 years in San Diego. I moved to Colorado to stay with family for a while since I’ve been out of work due to the pandemic. The good news for you is that, if I am staying at your house - I will be able to be around all day to give your pets all of the attention they deserve! I’m vegan, so you know I love animals 😉. I’ve been pet/house sitting for friends and family for quite some time, and I’ve had dogs in my family my whole life. I’ve met so many new (and now repeat) clients through Rover, it’s been such a great experience! In August of 2020, I rescued a beagle from an animal testing lab in San Diego. He was the best boy. Unfortunately he had a lot of health issues due to the testing, which resulted in us only having 2 months together. It was really difficult, however, that experience helped me better understand special need circumstances. He had seizures, so I am now familiar with that and if your pet should ever have that unfortunate experience, I’ll know what to do. I am extremely reliable and responsible, and I will love your pets as if they are my own (and snuggle them as if they were my own 🙂). I have experience administering medication as well.
