My two favorite things in life are animals and the outdoors. Growing up I had a horse, a dog, ferrets, guinea pigs, snakes, and an iguana. I spent many years showing horses, working at horse farms, training my dog in obedience and agility, and lots of hiking with my dog and trail riding with my horse and dog. I was always around animals. Since moving out West I started to miss having a dog and would volunteer at animal shelters and even did some fostering. My schedule is super flexible and I can accommodate last minute requests. My goal is to be affordable! I tried to set my prices low, but if you're struggling to afford my rates please let me know and I'll try my best to work with you. I've been a poor college student with pets and I don't think you should have to skip vacation or leave your pet at home for long periods alone because pet care is too expensive! For drop-in visits, I'm happy to play with your pet, brush them, cuddle with them, whatever they like. For walks, I can take your dog for a walk around the neighbor or a hike if there are trails nearby. I also trained both my dog and my boyfriend's dogs to run with the bike so I'm happy to bring my bike along if your pup likes that! For house sitting similar to the other services I can stay at your place and take care of your pet like they're my own. Currently I don't have other commitments so I won't have to leave the house for long periods of time and depending on the pet I'm happy to hang around the house, play, go for lots of walks, whatever makes them happy :) Over the years I've administered lots of oral supplements and medications and I've had several dogs who ate raw or whole food diets so I'm comfortable preparing more complicated meals for your pet!
