Pet care experience
I grew up passionate about animals and have started making a profession out of it. I would love to provide a comforting stay for pets while their owners are away without forcing those owners to bring their pets to loud, crowded boarding facilities with many other animals. I want to provide a home away from home. As a fellow pet owner, I understand the importance of your pets needs. This is why I also want to provide a safe and reliable boarding visit for pets with medical needs such as the elderly, diabetic, and other needy pets. I previously was a veterinary technician for 5 years! And I learned a lot. I can provide a safe and healthy environment for pets with the additional knowledge from the veterinary field. I am willing to work closely with you and your pet to ensure everyone is comfortable during the stay! Pets, and their people, are top priority while under my roof.

Michelle did an excellent job taking care of our dog for a week while we were out of town. We got regular updates, pictures and videos. Our girl had an awesome time and came home exhausted from lots of playtimes.

Michelle took great care of my dog for an overnight stay this week. She came home happy and exhausted from a full day of playing with Michelle's resident dogs. It puts my mind at ease knowing I have someone local I can trust to watch my fur baby when we go on trips and my dog now has some furry friends to board and run some energy off with if I am busy during the week.

I live on 11 acres of woodland/prairie. One of our four dogs enjoy agility, so we have a jump and a tunnel that we set up when it's nice outside. This place is all season! So we have a kiddie pool for the summer and a fireplace for the winter. There is certainly a lot to do and plenty of places to lay.

Are they dog friendly? Are they allowed on the furniture? Do they have a specific diet? Are they on any daily medications or supplements? Are they ok around small dogs?
A typical day
We have a lot to do inside and outside. I try to have a little something for everyone. We have a toy box full of all different kinds of chews and toys for any of the dogs to pick from. Dog beds litter the floor in every room, so there's always a place to lay and relax. For now, we walk the dogs around the property on leash whenever we let them out to go potty. I have a 30ft leash to give them some play space, but ideal I will have a fenced area for them soon.

Availability
I dog sit whenever I can, but my day always ends and begins with the dogs since I have 4 of my own. We get up in the morning and go right outside then come in and eat. I don't leave the bowls down all day. Then we play and relax until dinner time around 5pm every night.
