Very experienced, loves all pets
Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting since I was 15 years old. I started with a cat for my high school teacher. I then have taken care of llamas, donkeys, and a variety of dogs, cats, chickens and other types of animals. Most of my pet sitting has been through word of mouth. To this day I still pet sit for someone I started with 22 years ago. I have been with her through llamas and her breeding dogs. I love all animals big and small. Pets are family and I treat them that way. I am compassionate and caring. I do work in a memory care facility as life enrichment director where I can make my own hours, that would not stop me from caring for your pet. I work full time as a life enrichment direct in memory care m-f from 8:30-4:30. I can do before and after and anytime on weekends. I care for pets like they are my own. They are family members. I try to keep their routine. I try my best not to disrupt their environment.

As always, cares for our pets amazingly.
Michelle was friendly in the meet and greet and seemed to get on well with our two cats. Pictures sent through the week shows that they loved on her and she had toys out to play with them. I think what concerned us some is that she didn't properly wipe out the feeder bowls at each feeding. These were cleaned before we left and when we returned one of our cats bowls had moldy food in the corners and it looked like the water hadn't been refreshed during the week as there was hair and food bits and the level was low. Michelle is nice and trustworthy with our home but we probably won't use her again.
Michelle was great! She sent pictures of the pups and was early or on time for their feedings.
Michelle was awesome! She checked in on all 3 of our cats over the holiday weekend and they were all given lots of attention. Plus Michelle was great about giving each kitty their specific wet and dry foods since two of our cats are on prescription food. I'd definitely have her sit for us again!

Name, breed, energy level. Do they like attention or are they stand off ish. How well trained are they. None of those affect whether I would take dog. Dogs sometimes need time to warm up to someone. No breed preference. I like all dogs.
A typical day
Depending on the dog and their routine I try to keep that routine. If a dog is used to a walk we will take a walk. If they like to fetch we will play fetch.
