Pet care experience
I’ve had a lot of experience with dogs in my life. I grew up around dogs and had my very own adorable Labrador for almost 11 years and he was my shadow but sadly passed away. I work full time but only go into the office for two days a week and I can change that around your schedule. I’m from Ireland but moved to DC around 8 months ago. I’m currently working from home most of the week with the odd day popping into the office. My hours are short and I can walk your pet before and after work. Other than that your pet will spend a lot of time with me and I will be able to accommodate all their needs. I live in an apartment but have access to a dog park and a lot of lovely walks around where I live. I will be able to meet everything required for your pet to have a great stay.

Michelle was great with our elderly dog August. She was responsive and sent photos and was very attentive to his needs.
My dog was so excited when she realized that Michelle was going to care for her again! Like always, Michelle was caring, alert and amenable to my dog's needs. I received updates with photos daily, so I was never worried about the dog while I was gone. I'm pretty sure that they visited the dog park more frequently than we do on a standard basis, which was undoubtedly a treat! Michelle helped me out a great deal by being flexible with pick up/drop offs. I will definitely book with her again and I trust that she is exceptionally compassionate towards animals because my otherwise reserved dog loves her!

It is important that I know about the dogs daily routine so I can’t keep them in it and give them what they are used to so they can settle and be both comfortable and happy. If your dog is not allowed on the furniture then please let me know as I’m guilty of letting them on everything!
A typical day
I will do anything fun that the dog usually like, if that’s ball or swimming, the dog park or forest walks. I love the outdoors and there is plenty of areas that I love. If the dog is up for hiking then that’s also an option
