I am an all-around animal lover, and make an emphasis on stress-free pet care. Before moving to Alaska, I cared for dogs and cats at an animal shelter in Long Island, NY called Bobbi & the Strays. Working with rescues gave me a lot of skills and experience with dogs and cats that have special medical and behavioral needs. I previously worked at Dog Tired Doggie Daycare in Midtown, and worked with groups that vary in size and energy level to help them form social bonds with other dogs in class, and to enforce obedience and good behavior through positive reinforcement. I currently work with the Alaska SPCA at their adoption center in South Anchorage, caring for dogs and cats while matching them with adoptive homes. My loving cat Mingus has also been gracious enough to share his home with me for the last eight years (and counting!). That being said, I am also available for cat sitting services.
