Pet care experience
I've been taking care of family and friends' pets since 2010 and find it to be very enjoyable. My experience includes walking/feeding dogs, feeding/caring for cats (including administering insulin shots), staying overnights to pet sit, and following any special instructions provided by the owner. I've taken care of animals with simple routines and animals with detailed/complex routines. I also have experience caring for elderly pets. They all receive the same love and care <3

I hired Michelle to help out with walking Sky, my very high energy Australian cattle dog. Michelle showed up on time each day she was scheduled. She is friendly, has great energy and is very accommodating. She took Sky on long walks after which he was noticeably tired and good to relax until the afternoon. Sky and I are very happy to have found her and will definitely use her services again in the future.
Michelle is such a sweet and amazing person. For years, she was the *only* person we trusted with our three cats. They all adored her, and she showered affection on them. One of them is terrified of everyone else. Michelle even made a special trip to say goodbye to one of our cats when she heard that we would have to put him down. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful and considerate- I would trust her with anything. You could not find better friend for your pets while you are away.
Michelle watched my 14 year old lab for 10 days and did a wonderful job. She took my dog for short walks when she (my dog) was able, and administered her medications with no problems. She also took great care of my home and it was almost as if I hadn't been gone at all. Thank you so much Michelle! Would definitely recommend her for all your pets needs!
I have known Michelle for over 10 years, and she is wonderful. Wonderful with pets, and also incredibly responsible and a great communicator. We always felt completely comfortable when she was housesitting with our pets, or when she has walked our dog. I have no hesitation recommending her on rover.com.

I live in a private apartment on a quiet street close to the beach. My landlords have a yard which is not fenced. I would probably offer to care for pets in the client's home more than my own since it's a small apartment, but my landlords are dog friendly and I'm happy to discuss options for care at my place if the client is comfortable exploring that.

Availability
I currently work full time where I'm out of town on Wednesday & Thursday each week, but I generally work out of Rockport on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. During my weekdays in Rockport I can generally make myself available for walks/care in the early morning or evening time (before 9am/after 5pm). I am also around on weekends and can be very flexible then!
