Hi! My name is Michelle, and I have taken care of a large Golden Retriever for over ten years. We have a fenced-in yard and two children who love (and are gentle with) animals. BOARDING I am available for boarding your dog(s) on weekends year-round, and Sunday - Saturday during June and July. Our home is a ranch with an open floor plan, and our dog does not sleep in a crate. (Your dog is welcome to sleep out of a crate, or in one if you bring it). Dogs who board with us are walked on a leash at least twice a day, and are able to play in the yard whenever they want. WEEKDAY WALKS: I am also available for 30 minute weekday walks with your dog(s) during the following hours: 6:00 am to 7:00 am, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If your dog is in good shape and used to running, I am also a long-distance runner and can take your dog on short or long weekend runs in your neighborhood or park for an additional fee ($5 additional per half hour).

Michelle and her family took extra special care of my 5-yr old whippet/beagle mix. From the beginning, she contacted me to see if I'd like a 'meet & greet', which I took her up on. She provided excellent communication and sent a picture of my dog with her son, on their 'comfy couch'. She truly made sure that my dog was treated like 'family'. This couldn't have been done at a kennel. Her (2) children and her husband took Gretchen for a walk, and allowed Gretchen to sleep beneath their bed, where their dog lied, as well. I couldn't have asked for more, and felt confident with Gretchen in their care! Thank you Michelle & family!
We could not have asked for a better sitter to take care of our fur baby while we traveled. Michelle and her family were wonderful with my Louie. She made sure to send daily updates and pictures, and she also made sure to wear him out everyday with her daily runs. Which is a plus for us because Louie is super high energy. He came home a very happy puppy. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using her services again!
We used Michelle and her family numerous times for up to a week of overnight pet care for our Boston Terrier, Addie. We were so pleased the care provided to Addie. They followed our requests for feeding and activity schedules and sincerely cared for our little fur baby. Michelle's family dog, Nala is gentle and great with other dogs.
