Michelle was incredibly accommodating and flexible. We were so thankful to have found her to watch Tegan over the holidays. She was willing to coordinate with our friends who were dropping Tegan off for us. She also sent plenty of pictures to give us some peace of mind which allowed us to be able to relax and enjoy our break. You can tell she is a real dog lover!

This was the first time I used Rover, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Michelle met me for an "intro meeting" and she was patient and kind with Collins and even showed up with a bag of treats for us to take home. She has a nice size backyard (from which we were fortunate enough to snag a lemon!) and two lovely dogs. She was super thorough in asking questions and explaining her schedule to me, responded immediately to my texts, followed up every day with pictures and updates, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. When I dropped Collins off, he ran right into her house and never looked back {highly unusual for him!}. I believe there were also some snuggle sessions thrown in during his stay, which was comforting to both me and Collins. I'd definitely use Michelle again :))
