Greetings! My name is Michelle and I am a caretaker at heart. I have loved dogs ever since since I was a baby and met a neighbor’s Pug - I didn’t know it, but I was hooked for life. My favorite part of the day is coming home to the wagging tail and unconditional love of a dog. I have been a nanny for humans and dogs for over a decade now. One of my favorite pet care memories is road-tripping with a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix from Blacksburg, VA to Denver, CO for a relocating family so the dog wouldn’t have to fly. I grew up with Labs, Goldens, and a Boston Terrier, but have experience with many breeds larger and smaller and in between. Currently, I have an Australian Cattle Dog named Nova and she is my beloved mini shadow. If your pup craves socialization, she’d make a great friend! She loves giving kisses, being chased, and researching every stick on the planet. I am comfortable caring for more than dogs as well; I have three cats and two birds (a Blue Quaker and an African Grey) and have also had experience with Chameleons, crickets, and rabbits.
