Pet care experience
In the past couple of years caring for dogs on Rover I have made many new dog friends! old and new, big and small! Before Rovering, I was blessed to share 17 years with my 2 pug companions. This included caring for them as they become seniors and had increasing health care needs. I do not currently have dogs in my home but I adore dogs and am a responsible and loving caregiver and I enjoy caring for visiting dog friends.

Michelle was easy to work with, kind and caring! She kept our Big dog Nahla for 7 days , who has a lot of shedding and some separation anxiety issues . I heard our dog enjoyed their well fenced in yard to bird watch and chase the squirrels away. We really appreciate Michelle and her husband helping us with such a sweet yard and their kindness and helpfulness.
Callie loved her time with Michelle in the country. Lots of new sites and smells for her to enjoy—she met cows and horses on her daily walks and then came back to make herself at home on the couch! We received some great photos from her “vacation” time away from our family. She came back happy and healthy! Will definitely book again.
Korra loved staying with Michelle. Michelle sent updates and pictures and gave lots of love and attention to Korra. We will be staying with Michelle again when we need again!
Michelle is my first choice on Rover. Her home is perfect for my 17 yr old dog, Jack. She sends pictures with him on her lap, in the yard, in the home. She's very accommodating and I feel she's attentive to his special needs.

I have a large, well secured fenced in yard for outdoor hanging out and regular potty breaks. I enjoy time with dogs and they are allowed on furniture and in bed. Either myself or my husband is nearly always home so they will have plenty of company. We live in the country which makes for a nice daily walk with lots of fun sniffing opportunities.

I want to make sure your dog has what they need to be happy and well. What do they need to thrive? Just let me know if you dog has any special needs or concerns. I cared for my two senior pugs who needed both medications and diapers and needed more cuddles than walks. And I have raised puppies and can provide potty breaks and structure for learning good habits.
A typical day
Our home offers a range of options depending on what your dog needs. We stay at home with our little one much of the time so there is lots of good company and hanging out. We have a large fenced in yard for plenty of opportunities to go outside. We live in the country which makes for a good daily walk with lots of sniffing opportunities.

I am currently a full time stay at home mom taking care of our baby. We are home bodies and spend most of our time snuggled up at home. We are happy to take a daily walk in our country setting. Dogs who enjoy lots of hanging out at home are an especially good fit.
