Pet care experience
Being the only child in the family, I have a natural affinity for animals and have had different kinds of pets (dogs 🐕, cats 🐈 , birds 🐦 , rabbits 🐰 , chickens 🐓 , ducks 🦆 , hamsters 🐹, turtles 🐢 , fish 🐟 ..) Currently I have three ragdoll cats 🐱 (the two boys are 2 yrs old, and the girl has just reached 1) and one Corgi 🐶 boy (6 yrs old), all happy and healthy. I’m good with all sizes of animals, and have pet sit for multiple family and friends over the past three years. I will do my best to take care of your fluffy friends and family and send you a lot of photos while you are away! I’m very responsive, easy to work with, punctual and eager to help! Boarding/Day Care: I take care your fluffy family’s feeding and playing during the stay. I can also provide bathing upon request for additional charge. Satisfaction guaranteed!❤️ Drop-in: For once or more daily visits, I usually spend between 30-40 mins for a 30-min drop-in or 60-80 mins for a 60-min drop-in at your place changing water💧 and food🍗, cleaning 💩, and cuddling / playing with your pet(s) if he or she is up for it. Drop-in requested less frequent than once a day during the service period (e.g., recurring every other day) is subject to a small price adjustment because my visits will usually last more than twice the amount of time given the additional 💩 duty and play/cuddle time for each visit. Dog walking: I usually spend 20-40 mins with your dog(s) at nearby parks or go for a fun run depending on your instructions and any remaining time for potty and 💧 breaks. Bathing: I will bring my pet shampoo, towels, and hairdryer to your place unless you prefer I use your equipment. It usually takes me 60-80 minutes to complete. Discount available if requested together with my other services.

Michelle was great to work with! She always communicated any changes and loved all the updates from when she checked in on my cats! Would book her again in a heartbeat.
Michelle is so caring and patient! She took such great care of our fur babies while we were away on a trip overseas. It means so much to us to know our boys are comfortable and happy and Michelle truly made them feel at home! Thank you so so much!!!
Juicy had such a great time! I appreciated the updates and communication throughout the stay. The home was very pet friendly and the back yard was amazing, perfect for our baby.
Michelle is a treasure--simple as that. This was my first time with Rover and leaving my two cats for an extended period of time. Even before meeting her, my anxieties were alleviated just in how responsive she was, and with how well she communicated. It was apparent to me that she took her duties as a Rover seriously. After meeting her, she seemed more "business" about things, rather than accommodating to the cats, but I couldn't be more wrong. Michelle was very sensitive to both of their needs and how they responded to her. She was especially patient, and she communicated with me daily--in detail--with photos of both cats, their litter box, food/water. A few days in, my tabby opened up to her and started greeting her, but my tuxedo continued to hide (not surprisingly so). Michelle went with the flow, open to ideas and suggestions about things that could make the cats want to come out and feel more comfortable. My last day on the East Coast, I was told by my pulmonologist I couldn't leave until after I had a procedure done. I had already checked out of my hotel, was on my way to the airport, but knew that my cats would need taking care of for several more days and I didn't have a plan. I sent Michelle a message, and she immediately made the arrangements to continue to take care of them for several more days. She came through for me HUGE without a doubt. She could have said, "I'm sorry, but today is my last day..." and had me waste time looking for someone else--coordinating details with a new Rover while I'm stuck in PA still needing to find a new place to stay. Not to mention the intricacies with my apartment complex and the key to my apartment... the little things people overlook in an emergency situation that make a big difference. Michelle made my life infinitely easier, without hesitation. The last day of her check-in (day 7), my tuxedo finally came out of hiding to mingle a bit--so bonus success. Also, one day there was heavy wind in Vegas that blew my balcony door open. Michelle was kind enough to mention it, close and lock it, but also clean up the bit of debris that may have blown in. She also used the occasion to vacuum up some litter after several days of the cats tracking it around. When I walked in the door the cats almost seemed disappointed I wasn't Michelle lol, or confused for a moment. They came around quickly, though. I feel very fortunate that Michelle was available when I needed to use Rover for the first time. She'll be my go-to from here on out.
