Pet care experience
Cats and low energy dogs are most preferred. Since I work from home, noise to a minimum is important as I can take meetings and calls at anytime. ***RIP Charity Ruptured Heart Valve - Deeply Loved and Always Cherished. May she rest in eternal peace and may her loving spirit always be with me. November 4, 2010 - January 12, 2024*** My little fur baby is my life, and I'll treat all fur babes as my own giving them respect and their space to feel most comfortable in my home. 🐶 I aim to host pets for one family at a time to maximize comfort, care, and attention to your babies and mine. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pet and help them feel comfortable while their parent is away. I am highly responsive and very responsible. I can be home with your pet throughout the day as I have a flexible schedule and work from home. I live by the Air Force Core Values: Integrity First, Service Before Self, & Excellence in All You Do! Michelle did an absolutely amazing job of taking care of my cat, Ryan. She sent pictures and updates every day and really cared about him. Michelle and Maximus are amazing - they bonded really well with our little Miss Chanel. We received updates throughout the day and could see that Chanel was well taken care of and having a good time. Will absolutely be booking again.
Michelle and Maximus are wonderful! From the moment we connected with Michelle about our kitty’s weekend with them we knew they were the perfect fit. Our fur baby has special medical needs and Michelle didn’t blink an eye. Her positive approach and follow up questions left us with no doubts they were the ones to entrust our little girl. During the weekend visit Michelle kept us updated with photos and reassurances that all was going well. Need I say that our kitty was reluctant to leave when we arrived to pick her up! Looking forward to future visits with M &M!

As of recently, I did have a senior small dog in home. Now that my home is empty, I’d love to share my love with your furry cat or dog. 🐈 I would treat your fur baby as my own including snuggles on the couch or in bed. I have a fenced yard and we also love dog walks together or separate depending how far or fast your little one needs to stretch their legs. I also have a pet stroller for any senior pups so they can get enjoyment and enjoy the outdoor scents and sunshine. 🐩

My biggest concern is working from home. If your dog is high energy, a barker, or crier, they may not be the best fit. I would prefer they comfortably sit with me in the office while I work during the day and take calls. Dogs with separation anxiety from their owner and crying incessantly has not been a good experience for me in the past. So I think it is important to know in advance. It is important that I know of food/treat allergies if any. Must be current with shots and on flea and tick preventative. Don’t be shy…I would love to know about any special needs, habits, or quirks your pet might have to be best prepared and ensure the best experience possible.
A typical day
We love to check out new smells in the neighborhood or run around in the fenced in backyard and even roam around in the extra large screened in patio area. Tennis balls to chase and a variety puzzle treat toys and snuggle mats. I even have a pet stroller if your dog likes to be outdoors and get around without putting in all the leg work - that’s ok too. I am a runner; I’ll gladly take your dog for a run too if that’s their thing.

Availability
I work from home, so I have full availability to host and love on pets in my home. Twice daily dog walks and backyard playtime romps. 🐕 I even have ramps for couch and bed to help the small ones feel comfortable and independent in their home away from home. 🥰
