Pet care experience
I have been raised with dogs and cats all my life. Training dogs is my passion and I have volunteered with both dogs and cats in various shelters in the Pittsburgh area throughout my life. I also have experience administering medication for both cats and dogs. In my neighborhood I'm always the go to person for dog walking and training. Recently I've aided my neighbor in training and socializing his Rottweiler puppy who I still walk with my dogs almost every day.

Michelle has been sitting and walking my 2 dogs for over 8 years. You will find that if your dog needs exercise and the dog is not well trained then Michelle will teach your dog. The more she walked my dogs the more they learn from her award winning experience. She'll teach the dog or dogs to be focused on you and your commands and not the distractions from the surrounding environments. My dogs get a good healthy walk and a lot of love when they are with Michelle. Your animals will beg to learn from her.

Unfortunately I live in an apartment and am not able to have dogs stay over night with me. However, if they go on a walk with my dogs they'll always have fun. They're both calm but they're always up for playing too. My two boys are very sweet with other dogs.

I love all breeds including pit bulls and other breeds that can be intimidating to some people. Knowing a dog's age and energy level would be important to know. Also what they like and how friendly they are with people and other dogs
A typical day
Your dog will be able to enjoy a nearby park. I can also go jogging with high energy dogs and play fetch with them if that's their thing. If I know their favorite treats I could also do some positive reinforcement training with them if there is any behaviors to work on or I can teach them fun tricks.

Availability
Currently I am working a full time job and would love to work with pets on the side. On weekdays I'm available for dog walking from 9am to 12pm. I can also do house visits between those times as well. I'm off every other weekend and every other Monday and Thursday from my full time job. I can house sit with your pet in your home on any of my off days
