Pet care experience
I'm a life-long dog lover and experienced pet sitter with over ten years professional experience caring for our furry friends! I've had dogs my whole life and my sweet Berner Beans would love to spend time with your furry family members! I work from home and am able to work anywhere with internet access, so no need to worry that your pup will be alone for long periods of time. Your pups will enjoy plenty of snuggles and affection, as well as plenty of exercise in my fenced in backyard if they'd like. Dogs are allowed on the couch, beds, and anywhere they feel comfortable - I will treat them as if they're my children :) I also have veterinary tech experience, so administering medication and dogs with special needs are not a problem!

Happy dogs, happy owner!
Dylan had an absolutely wonderful day with Michele, Nahla and Theo! Since it was his first day I was prepared to pick him up at noon time, but he was having so much fun he stayed until much later in the afternoon. We have already booked another full day in the very near future and I suspect this will be part of our routine! Michele is wonderful with animals and her dogs are happy, laid-back and great with those who come to play. I have absolutely no reservations about my beloved pup being with Michele and furry family members and give her an A+
Michele was great! This is the first time we have left our "fur child" in the hands of someone we don't know, let alone far from home. Michele came to our hotel to take care of her during a recent trip to the Mount Pleasant area and everything went perfectly. Michele responded immediately to all communication (email and text) before we arrived in town, was very pleasant about her availability, arrived on time and was perfectly comfortable taking over while my husband and I went into Charleston to sightsee and have a lovely meal. This would just not have been possible otherwise. I think she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, and I got the great feeling when we got back that our dog had been very happy to play and walk all afternoon with her. She obviously loves all dogs. We highly recommend her and will call her again given the opportunity.
Michele did an absolutely amazing job watching our dog and two cats. Our dog has a ton of separation anxiety and Michele did a great job at accommodating his special needs. Not once while we were away did we worry about our animals on account of the daily message updates she sent us. We will definitely be using Michele's services in the future and will recommend her to anyone we know looking for an animal sitter.

I've never met a dog I didn't love, but it would be great to know these things about your dog before their stay: - What is his/her favorite kind of toy? - Is there anything that makes him/her anxious or afraid? - Where is his/her favorite place to be scratched? - Does he/she walk well on a leash?
A typical day
Relaxed, fun atmosphere for your dog to enjoy as much attention and TLC as they can possibly stand! I usually let dogs outside about every two hours to play and go potty, and the rest of the day they likes to lounge around the house and cuddle with me while I work on the computer. I'm happy to be as active or as lazy as your dog needs. Treats and tricks are always encouraged, because they contribute to your dog's self-esteem and a proud dog is a happy dog! Relaxed, fun atmosphere for your dog, with lots of playtime and plenty of cuddling. I'm very familiar with overactive, nervous, and anxious dogs, and have no problem tiring them out to help them relax with tug-of-war, runs, and fetch. Separation anxiety can be tough on dogs, so I provide chew toys and as much interaction as your dog needs.

Availability
I'm away from the house for no more than 90 minutes at a time, so no worries about long breaks between attention and yard time. Between the hours of 8am-5pm I am home all day.
