Have owned dogs my entire life, a chihuahua in my youth, and have had 2 golden retrievers and one black lab/springer spaniel in my adulthood. I was an elementary school teacher for 20 years now enjoying "retirement". I love dogs and most dogs seem to love me. I enjoy walking around the city and going to dog parks. I love when you see how happy dogs are when they are loved. I have watched many of my friends dogs here at my house and they are well taken care of. Love all breeds and sizes. I do talk sweetly to dogs, but am firm when they have done something wrong, I would never hit a dog. They are meant to be loved and spoiled rotten.
