I have decades of experience caring for dogs and cats, I worked at a dog groomer, as a dog walker, and I volunteered for the Humane Society for two years. I just love'em. I have extensive knowledge of dog and cat breeds. Furthermore, I have a background in biology and my background as a naturalist helps inform my care of animals. I know which human foods and plants are toxic to dogs and cats.

Miché would be a great pet sitter! They lived with my dog and I for a short bit and were attentive to ly dog's needs. They also loved and cared for their own dog and have always shown care for animals. Miché is loving and responsible and I would entrust my pet to them anytime!
Miche is amazing with animals. He has watched my two cats on several occasions and was extremely reliable and sweet with them. The cats remember Miche every time he comes over and run to greet him. Miche is a responsible and passionate animal lover, and I can't recommend his services more highly!

My home has a small fenced backyard with a doggy-door for self-motivated potty breaks. I can take them out for breaks into my unfenced front yard every couple of hours. For cats, I can cover up the doggy door, and I have ample space for a litter box in my bathroom. A very cozy couch for them to practice being a perfect loaf.

Let me know if your pet needs any special care or accommodations. My preference is for breeds that are less high energy and are not too vocal, since I have a hearing sensitivity. I do not have capacity for Anxious dogs that need a lot of attention or have separation issues and start to chew things. Blue Heelers and huskies unfortunately are breeds I don’t think I can work with due to their high rate of barking and the piercing sound of their bark.
A typical day
I’m the tug-of-war champion, and I always practice positive reinforcement with training. I have treats or I can use your recommendation for treats, but I always use treats to reinforce good behavior.

Availability
I work from home and I love a break from my computer work to give belly rubs, or practice some communication and teach dogs tricks. A walk to the nearby micro-park takes about 45 minutes roundtrip.
