Pet care experience
Not only do I care for my own very special pup Loki, I also cared for my family dog for 13 years, and have also have worked at a doggy daycare for a year. There, I learned so much about dogs and have become very knowledgeable and passionate about providing the right kind of care for each and every dog. I understand that all dogs are different and thus require their own personalized care. I have worked with anxious dogs, (my own dog being one of those) extremely high energy dogs, puppies, seniors, etc.. and am confident in my ability to provide the best care possible for each and every dog. My dog is my baby, and I understand that for many, it is the same. Not only do I know how to best care for dogs, but I genuinely love doing so.

Michaela has been watching our dog Rory since he was 8 weeks old. He is now almost a year old and has really benefited from having Michaela walk him. She usually spends about 40 - 60 minutes each day with him. She plays with him in our home and takes him outside to go to the bathroom and to go for a walk. The biggest reason why I like having her as our dog walker is because she really got to know Rory and his favorite things. She is also really knowledgeable about the signs that dogs use to communicate. She knows when a dog is nervous, anxious, aggressive etc. This really set her apart from other dog walkers we interviewed. In addition to this, Michaela has been a long time dog owner and has a personal passion for animals. I think these qualities make Michaela a great candidate for your program.
