Pet care experience
As animal lovers, my husband Keagan and I have a profound connection with our pets. They aren't just animals to us; they're cherished members of our family, and we treat them as such. From fostering and hand-rearing to pet sitting, we've been caring for cats and dogs since childhood. Our experience extends to providing specialized care for animals with health issues like diabetes and arthritis. Our home is a sanctuary for pets, filled with love and compassion. Life simply wouldn't be the same without them by our side.

Michaela looked after our dog, Molly, and our two cats, Cleo and Livingston, for many years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Molly in particular really adored her and we felt completely at ease leaving all our animals with her as time and time again she proved her reliability and trustworthiness. She was dilligent with walking, feeding, administering medication (one of our cats was dibetic and needed daily injections) and giving them tons of love and attention. She always communicated well, sending photos and updates regularly. Michaela is kind, caring and friendly with strong moral values and is utterly realiable. She took excellent care of our home, our pets and even sometimes our three children - always going the extra mile. I often wish she still lived close by as I have never found anyone to match her!
Michaela Smith is a kind and loving individual, very responsible and caring, with a deep love for animals. I find her very capable with looking after my animals (cats and a dog). She seems to be highly sought after in that regard. Michaela has been able to give cats medicine when necessary and seems to spend as much time with the animals as possible, making them feel loved and sending videos of dogs walks etc. She even baths them on their return if they are dirty! We can see how animals love her by the welcome she gets whenever she returns to petsit.

We live in a ground floor flat with an attached enclosed courtyard garden, which is handy for regular loo breaks throughout the day. We can accommodate for crate training, and we provide daily evening walks in the park opposite our flat.

A typical day
Early morning wake up and get ready for the morning walk. Pit stop for a coffee and perhaps a Puppachino! Come home and get the fur babies settled with a toy or a bone. After getting a couple hours of work in, we can start some play time during lunch. Once they’re nice and tired out, we can get comfy together on the couch to squeeze in a couple more hours of work. Once that’s all done, we can get ready for our evening walk in the park before tucking into dinner. Then it’s time for bed, and of course, cuddles!

My husband and I both work full time but in hybrid roles. Our typical schedule is as follows: my husband works from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I work from home on Fridays. We are both home all weekend to look after your furry friend!
