Hi im michaela! I have always loved all animals! I decided why not start doing something you love? Ive grown up around dogs and cats my whole life. I am currently working as a Veterinary Technician in Billerica Massachusetts and honestly it is my dream job. I recently became Fear Free certified which has been a goal of mine for some time and am happy to apply it to both the hospital and at home. I love what i do but i also love just taking care of animals in their own homes and being able to spend time with them. I love building relationships with their owners and having them trust me with their pets! I currently work Tuesdays-fridays so I am able to do drop in visits after, mondays & weekends are usually completely free. I like to discuss with each owner individual needs as i live in nashua and work in billerica so some places are easily managed to pet sit, drop ins vs. others. Everything is always able to be worked out and i will be honest about it every step of the way! I dont provide boarding at my apartment currently simply because its an apartment and i find that animals dont feel comfortable here.. i also have 2 cats who don’t necessarily like their routines messed with. I have no problem going to other peoples homes i usually promote a meet and greet to get to know the pet’s do’s and dont’s and their special requirements. I love to send pictures and daily updates but also if the owners dont like that i wont do that. Any requests by the owner i will be happy to ablidge to.
