Hi! I'm Michaela. I am an adoptions counselor at a local Denver animal shelter. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Behavior from Indiana University in 2021. I have a dog and 2 cats at home. I have years of experience in the animal care field including 5 years of pet sitting! Being a former vet assistant and current adoptions counselor, I have knowledge about pet first aid and health along with a lot of behavioral knowledge about shelter animals.

A typical day
I can take your dog on walks in your neighborhood or we can hop in the car and go to a park! I also will play with the dogs and their toys.

I can do walks and drop ins on the weekday evenings and weekends. I work 10-7 Tuesday-Saturday. I have the ability to walk dogs and check in on cats before and after work.
