Darcy's Dinky Dogs - walking, day care & boarding
Pet care experience
I run my own home-from-home doggy day care and boarding. Walks when available. I am fully insured and licensed by our local council -5 stars. As well as having our own small dog (Maltese/Shih Tzu). I currently have availability for dog walks and cat/dog pop-in’s from midday. Day care and boarding are limited. We love looking after all our dinky dogs - Shih Tzu, Malshi, Cockapoo, Westie, Yorkie, etc. I am full mornings with day care and boarding but have availability for walks and/or pop-ins from midday. On walks I keep my cared for dog on a lead I am a key holder for many customers and have been running Darcy’s for 4 years. I am licensed/registered (5 stars) with Northampton Council. I am a full time, at home "dog mumma!" I know how particular I am when I have to leave our dog - so I always make my customers and their pooch’s feel they receive the best experience. I am happy to send updates and pictures.

Nico stayed with Michaela for the first time and I felt he was safe and happy when I left him. I was very impressed with Michaela who took time out to meet us beforehand and showed me her surroundings. We got updates and photos during his stay which was lovely. Thank you Michaela, so happy to find someone who genuinely cares about dogs!

Small and medium dogs only catered for Lead walked and played at home/enrichment games if extremely hot or heavy rain. Guest dogs will need to be up-to-date with their vaccinations.
A typical day
As well as walks and playing with toys - we love a game of hide seek. We walk locally, Grange Park country park, Delapre, salcey and occasionally secure play fields. Local area is free but further afield may incur a small fee.
