Pet care experience
My family has had dogs since I was in elementary school. I have always loved working with dogs and other animals, so I began volunteering at the Humane Society in high school. While volunteering, I fed, watered, and cleaned up after dogs along with playing and walking with them. In the last couple years, I've had the opportunity to help train dogs and teach them skills. The Humane Society I worked with partnered with a service dog organization, so I also know how to handle service dogs in training. While in college, I frequently worked as a dog sitter and a dog walker for members of my college community.

Additionally, if your dog does not play well with other dogs, or you would rather they not go to a dog park, please tell me. I have no breed preferences - I love all kinds of dogs!
A typical day
I like going on walks in local parks, because it gives dogs a chance to smell new things, interact with different surroundings, and get some fresh air. Out on a walk we can play fetch, go on light jogs, or even interact with other dogs at a dog park if the owner approves. We can also play tug of war and other games.
