Pet care experience
I have been the primary care taker for dogs for about 8 years. I have experience with dogs ranging from ten pounds up to 120 pounds. I have a strong love for all dogs and am very responsible. I'm punctual and dependable and have a work schedule that gives me early mornings, late afternoons and evenings free to care for your pets! I previously held positions caring for sea lions and bottlenose dolphins, so I am no stranger to hard work and animal care is my specialty! While I thoroughly enjoy working with these animals I would love the chance to look after dogs while living in San Diego. I hope to hear from you for the chance to help you out with all of your pet care needs!

Michaela is a pro! She has been walking our pups for two months now, and she gives them all of her time, attention, and effort while they're with her. She is very animal-friendly, and even our skittish little Yorkie-Chihuahua mix who normally doesn't like people loves her!

I can be available for dog walking as well as pet sitting. If we are both comfortable I would be able to stay at your pet’s home, but unfortunately I cannot bring pets to my apartment.

A typical day
I do love long walks, so if your dog requires a bit more exercise that is no problem! I enjoy interacting with dogs and their favourite toys as well. If they just want to chill on the couch that works for me too!

Availability
I work from 7:30-4:00, and am generally free evenings. My off days are Tuesday and Wednesday. If you need overnight pet sitting, I am more than happy to wake up early to walk your pets before I head to work.
