Hello! My name is Michael, and I have been a pet sitter or owner for over 20 years. I have experience with Vizslas, Dachshunds, Belgian Malinois, Boxers, German Shepherds, Labs, wolf dogs, Yorkshire Terriers, German Short Hair Pointers, mixed breeds, as well as cats from time to time. I understand that, like people, all animals have different personalities and each animal responds differently in any given situation. I believe it is important for pets to have human interactions, and mental stimulation on a regular basis. My wife and I currently have a female Dachshund and a male Vizsla; we treat them like members of the family rather than an accessory to our lives. We try to include them in every activity we do, but during the times when they can’t be included, we do everything we can to ensure that they still receives socialization and is well cared for. We believe that it is important for pet parents to know that their loved ones are being well cared for during the times that they are unable to be there. We are both very athletic, so we are more than willing to take your dog on a run with us if that is something you would like. Our house also has a massive backyard that is over a third of an acre and is fenced, allowing our dogs to have plenty of space to play in.
