While taking wonderful care of any dog we might be fortunate enough to care for, dogs seem to bring happiness to our household. I feel like the happiness they bring to us is returned back to them in the form of kindness. With a large fenced-in backyard, and four non-canines to offer care and love, we feel like we have an opportunity to expand on the dog care we have come to really enjoy. I cannot remember a time in my life when there has not been a dog as part of my household. I feel very blessed to have known and loved the dogs I have cared for, the dogs we have watched in the past, and to have the awesome dog I have now. We love going on walks/hikes, playing fetch and other games outside, or just hanging out and letting dogs be dogs. I would also like to say that 99% of the time someone is always home. Our current family member, Jaxson (whom we rescued from Fetch Wisconsin), loves to be around other dogs-big and small alike. He is very easygoing and has never had a problem with any of the dogs we have watched or at his beloved dog park. I truly believe that this would be a great opportunity to let other dog owners enjoy a vacation or a business trip while providing me with an opportunity to provide care and fun with their dog.
