Worked at Petco and PetSmart for last 6 years in inventory and animal care departments. Wife is a pet stylist salon manager for last 10 years. Lived and cared for animals since a child. As a manager I've experienced many different situations and have been trained how to resolve situations with the pets best interest coming first.
