Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs for most of my life. We are new full-timers in Charlevoix and recently retired and our three dogs are our babies! For many years we came up for long weekends and holidays and are thrilled to be here full-time for the past few years! We love walking the beaches and hiking with our dogs. They love saying hi to neighbors and meeting people. When I was working and did not have the time, hiring someone to walk or run or skate with Molly was a lifesaver. Now, I am excited to help your dogs get the exercise they need and take some of the pressure off you just like my petsitters did for me! I love the concept of Rover, and the convenience it offers and I look forward to helping care for your furry friends. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

It is very important for me to get to know each dog as quickly as possible. What they like and don't like. Game and toys they like and don't like. How much activity they like and don't like etc.
A typical day
I like to "customize" activities so with your help, we'll make a plan. For active dogs, like mine, the goal is usually to burn energy but for older dogs, like the ones we recently lost, the goal might be less and active and more social. I will definitely need your guidance to make that plan!

I am not working and have a very flexible schedule. Ideally, mornings and afternoons are best but I will also do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
