I'm often out walking my two dogs throughout Kenwick, Fairwood, Ashland, & Chevy Chase. I'm retired after a 25 year career in the Army and Law Enforcement - dog walking lets me enjoy my flexible schedule and be of service to people and their dogs. I am an absolute dog lover. I am a volunteer at the humane society and have been actively engaged with dog rescue organizations for years. Getting started with Rover is yet another way for me to help dogs! For dog walking: I’ve been working with my own three dogs for 6+ years and I am very calm and patient working with dogs. I’ve gone through basic obedience training with each of my dogs and know that the training is as much for me as it is for them! I love remaining active and dog walking is a great way for me to stay active and keep your dog exercised and engaged! For pet check in services: I am available to play with, feed, clean up after your dog. I know that an engaged and tired dog is a good dog.
