Pet care experience
Hi! We’re Mike & Mel! We have taken care of many dogs over the course of our relationship and also grew up with pets for 16-17 years. Neighbours, friends and family have relied on us to care for their pets. We extend a family-like welcome to every animal that becomes a part of our lives. Your pet will be treated as one of our own, receiving the same attentive care for the duration of their stay.

As a longtime family friend of Mel and Mike, I entrusted them with caring for my beloved Winston when I had to leave the country temporarily. They proved to be reliable and attentive caregivers, providing daily morning and evening updates along with a delightful souvenir photo of Winston. Their dedication and care made my time away much easier knowing Winston was in good hands. 5 stars, will definitely use their services in the future
Mike and Mel have watched our dog Otis twice now, once for just a day and once for two nights. They were very friendly when we first met them, and excellent communicators. I received lots of updates and photos of Otis, and it seemed like he had a blast! Would definitely recommend trusting Mike and Mel with Otis again.
My dog had a great time staying with Mel and Mike for four days! She was very well taken care of. I received pictures, a video and various updates of how she was doing. They followed her medication and eating schedules daily to ensure consistency. I am very grateful for all they did for my pup and will definitely not hesitate to contact them again in the future. It’s so hard to leave your dog with someone new - but this was an exceptional experience!
