I cannot express enough how wonderful of a pet-sitter Michael is! There was one day where my partners's family pet, Bobo, needed a sitter relatively last minute and we had a very limited amount of time to conduct a meet and greet. Despite our rigid limitations on our end, Michael was incredibly flexible and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. When we did the meet and greet, Michael was so friendly and warm, I felt so at ease and safe with him and Bobo felt the same. He asked so many detailed questions that reflected his genuine care for dogs and his expertise. Also, Bobo is usually very anxious in new spaces and we all were amazed at how he just ran right up to Michael. A true match and I know we'll be utilizing Michael in the future! P.S. His consistent photos of Bobo were so cute and I enjoyed them thoroughly! In fact, we ended up getting one of his photos printed on a mug for my partner's grandma this past Christmas! :)
