I have experience caring for a variety of dogs and cats. I have had both dogs and cats since I was ten years old. I am strong enough to handle walking larger dogs but also capable of the gentleness required for smaller pets. I have had a bird, chinchilla, and a guinea pig over my lifetime. My friends, family, and coworkers have all trusted me repeatedly to watch their pets and I would like to do it on a full time basis. I am a Kennesaw State University graduate with a degree in Medical Sociology and a minor in Language and Literary Studies

Hands down, best furbaby sitter we’ve had! Michael took amazing care of our pups, tortoise, fish and home. I never had to worry what everyone was up to, because Michael is an amazing communicator. He regularly updated me with photos and kept me in the know of our pets’ activities. So wonderful to be able to relax, knowing our home was taken care of during our travels. Will book again soon!
Truly so helpful! First time using River and it was a slight bit last minute emergency. I got notice last minute to fly to Oregon and the person that usually helps, was unable to that day/night for the last minute ask. Michael came to the rescue and truly/genuinely saved the day! I’ll 100% be asking for him again. I actually prefer to use him/this app moving forward just because of how convenient it was, and the response time and help was so amazing. I appreciate him more than I can express! I loved his communication (even when mine was horrible with the flights and time change) and genuinely can say he is a 10/10 dog sitter!

I prioritize making sure all pets are safely contained to prevent escapes and I am happy to accommodate other requests specific to your pets needs (dietary, medical- including insulin shots, and anything else needed to make sure your loved one is cared for like my own)

A typical day
Whatever is needed I will accommodate. I played college soccer so going for a jog or hitting a trail with your pup is always a possibility. I also love playing fetch, tug of war, chase, and hide and seek. I would also be willing to incorporate training regiments.
