Hi! My name is Michael. I have grown up around animals my entire life as a child my family home had multiple dogs of different breeds (beagle, golden retriever, Akita) and throughout my life my family has fostered multiple dogs per year of various breeds. Throughout my childhood and teenage years I have cared for multiple dogs. In college I had fostered a number of dogs with my roommates and eventually adopted a pit bull from the New Orleans ASPCA. As a result I have gained experience with dogs of all ages, and raised/trained a puppy. I also spent a year in Peru in which my girlfriend and I raised a puppy. I am comfortable with and excited about the opportunity to help care for pets of any age or breed. My schedule during the day is flexible as I mostly work at night, I would love the opportunity to help out any pet family given the chance!
