Pet care experience
We're an experienced dog oriented family willing to help others and board friendly dogs while their family is out of town. We are located in East Cobb and have a half-acre property with a fenced back yard (divided into two separate sections, essentially two separate fenced back yards). There is plenty of roaming space for your pup to play in. I also go to the dog park almost every day with my basset hound, so if you're dog enjoys that, they'll fit right in! I have an accommodating, work from home schedule, so your pup would be cared for 24/7. If I have errands to run for groceries, etc., I board all the visiting dogs as well as my own in separate crates. (Please provide your dog with a crate during their stay.) Another item to provide for your dog is the food they typically eat and enough for the entirety of their stay. If you choose to contact us, please set up a meet and greet, preferably between 9am - 2pm or between 7 and 8pm. About this sitter: Experienced dog owner who is lucky enough to work from home and take his 4 legged friend to the dog park almost everyday!

When I've had to go out of town and my family hasn't been able to watch my Golden Ret. 'Lance', I've had Michael watch him for up to a week at a time. His yard and fenced areas are more than enough room for playtime, and communication is always a breeze. Thanks Mike!
I have known Mike for over 8 years and has always had dogs of his own in his own. He adopted a litter and fostered them during hurricane Katrina, and recently rescued his loved Basset Hound, Glenn. He's caring to all dogs, and someone you can count on to take care of your loved one while you need a sitter. I highly recommend him and can vouch for his services.

Why I love dog sitting I grew up with 5 dogs in my house as a kid, even with a rabbit, fish, and a couple of hamsters. Needless to say, I've been around animals! Since then, I've rescued and have owned 3 dogs in my time post graduate school.
