From our initial consult to the close of her stay, Michael was prompt to respond, clear, concise and properly assessed Sachi for the environment and activity level that would support her growth. Mike did not shy away from the fact that Sachi is 2 yr old rescue German Shepherd, only 5 months with our family, and took all measures to help her build confidence. He successfully assimiltated her into his own 3-pack of well-trained male dogs and another boarding client. Michael embodies calm and assertive leadership, it is stark how calm, happy and even-keeled multiple dogs are within the beautiful setting he maintains combined with his unwaivering focus on non-aggressive mind and body activities. Michael was consistent with updates, photos and communicating imperative info related to Sachi's physical and mental health. In the end, Michael's professional point of view and true caring for Sachi's continued well-being was a learning curve for me and a heck of a Spring vacation for Sachi. When I arrived to pick Sachi up, she proudly showed me her comfort zones on the property, the dog-doors she learned to navigate and then asked Michael's permission to leave with me. Sachi came home to her canine sisters well-balanced and relaxed. She has been gentle with her playmate here at home that is recovering from surgery. We are overwhelmingly grateful Sachi was not only safe with Michael but had a deep experience of joy and healing. Cannot put a price on that for this dog mom. Thank you, Michael!

On an emergency basis (last minute, I do not recommend needing a sitter on an emergency basis), Michael came through. He gave our boy required min. 2 hours a day walk because our boy's hyper. We needed sitting for Jodo right on IRS deadline day so that was another solid point for Michael. He took 2-5 photos a day, plus one. Way above average
