From the moment I met Michael, I felt comfortable and my dog absolutely loved being in his house. Michael and his wife were very welcoming and focused on my dog, Bob. When I left the meet and greet, my anxiety about leaving Bob with strangers disappeared because I felt Bob would be well cared for. When the day came, I gathered up all Bob's stuff (bed, mats, bowls, snacks, toys, blanket, sweater) like a helicopter parent and delivered him to Michael. Bob was so excited and running all over exploring. I felt like a parent dropping my kid off on their first day of Kindergarten but Bob was like, I'm on vacation, too - see ya! Michael sent great pictures which reassured me that Bob was doing well. This was my first experience with a professional dog sitter and boarding and it was a wonderful experience. Would not hesitate to book with Michael again.

Michael and Karen are really terrific! Our pup has stayed many times, and they are always so welcoming when Gigi gets there. They are wonderful at sending periodic photos and updates, so I always know things are going well. Great communication and Gigi always comes home happy. Highly recommended (but only for the weeks we don’t need them!!!) Ha!!
