A tired dog is a good dog
Pet care experience
I started taking care of dogs when I was 12 after my family received a "problem dog" for free, which I took sole responsibility for. I already loved dogs but I developed a passion for it as I trained her from an agressive, reactive dog that had to be locked up into one that had the freedom to be off leash in public. My current dog is a German Shepherd from an East German working line named Alta. My wife and I got her at 7 months from a home that couldn't handle her energy! We've trained her up into a very obedient dog.
Reviews
Excellent experience. My dog came home tired and happy. Great communication.
Michael took our husky last minute and was very flexible with our late dropoff. He kept my husky entertained and tired. Really awesome sitter!
Ben took care of my two golden retrievers while I was away. I haven't been away from them much so I was nervous! But Ben did a great job! It went well, and they got a ton of good exercise!

Safety, trust & environment
I live on two acres and across the street from a large park, so play time is easy to come by. When walking through neighborhoods I am very vigilant looking out for other dogs, cats, and cars, as my dog is usually off-leash.

How your dog responds to different animals and situations (no need to hide a history of agressive behavior, we can work through it). Any medical issues.
A typical day
I love hiking and running with my dog, so that's always an option, but nothing gets a dog tired like good old fashioned fetch. I played lacrosse, so I take my stick for extremely far throws. Lots of fun.

Availability
I work from home, so I do have a flexible schedule. I am an early riser, which is especially great for dogs now that it's so hot. They can get their exercise in the cool of the day.
