Pet care experience
I've grown up with animals all my life. Dogs and cats mostly, but sometimes guinea pigs, birds, fish, and other reptiles. I've not had any dogs with medical conditions, but I had a cat with stage 4 renal failure that needed multiple daily treatments and injections every other day.

We would highly recommend hiring Michael for dog and house sitting. Our golden retriever and Siberian husky were very well taken care of and, thanks to Michael, comfortable in their own home. He went above and beyond exercising and spending time with our pets, based on what we requested. It was very easy to get in touch with Michael and he even got in touch with us, in regards to doing small tasks around our house.

My home is on a half acre corner lot that provides ample room for play. Although the yard is not currently fenced, I also live directly across the street from a walking trail entrance.

Availability
I have been working remotely from home for the past two years now. I'm the supervisor, so I'm given a lot of leeway in my day to day coming and going. It's a position that doesn't require a full focus for the entirety of the day, and caring for someone else's animal gives me the opportunity to feel less trapped in my own home!
