Pet care experience
I have owned/cared for many types of animals over the past 20 years. I have owned dogs, cats, fish, lizards, and a rabbit. I have looked after many family members pets while they were away for work or on vacation. Whether it be staying at their homes for a few days to give 24 hour care to elderly dogs and keeping them on schedule with medications. Or just visiting young healthy animals a couple times a day for scheduled feeding/walks. I have owned animals of all ages from puppies and kittens, to old dogs and cats. He has experience taking care of multiple types of pets including but not limited to; dogs, cats, lizards, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. Mike truly has a special place in is heart for all animals and takes his time to care and love each and every animal he has owned/taken care of. I have a fenced in yard with 2 cats and 1 dog. I have crate trained my dog before (while he was a puppy). Now he’s older and has not needed a crate for many years. All of my animals get along, my cats love dogs. Although I will not be boarding in my house I thought this information would be useful.

How the dog gets along with other animals. What type of food the dog eats. If the dog is on scheduled medication. How long the dog can be left alone. How many times a day does the dog eat. How many times a day does the dog go outside.
A typical day
I think going to near by parks or waterfront walks are always fun. Also bringing along every dogs favorite toy! If they get along with other animals I could introduce them to my pets.

Availability
I currently work full time at the port, which allows me to make my own schedule. If I have a couple days notice, I will be able to schedule my work and animal duties as needed.
